Acceptance

Use of Whale Dashboard constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Service

We provide the Whale Dashboard SaaS as described; we may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.

Account and use

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with applicable law and our policies. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Third-party connections

The service may allow you to connect email accounts (e.g. via IMAP), buying group platforms (e.g. BuyingGroup, Points4Days, BuyGetRewards), checkout bots or webhooks, and to upload card statement or other data. By connecting a third-party account or uploading data, you represent that you have the right to do so and you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy (including accessing your inbox, calling third-party APIs on your behalf, and processing uploaded files). You must comply with the terms and policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the plan you select; fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

IP and data

You keep ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service (including as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”; we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as permitted by law (e.g. to fees paid in the past 12 months for direct damages).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or non-payment; you may cancel via the app or Stripe. On cancellation or termination, you may revoke connected email and buying group credentials in the product; we will stop using and delete them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

General

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Whale Dashboard. They constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your information. For questions, Contact Support.
